This takes Northeastern Ohio out of the heavy snow zone for now, with Greater Cleveland seeing 2 inches or less. Akron could get maybe 2 or 3 inches.
The zone for moderate snow amounts does include Youngstown with 4 to 6 inches and maybe Canton to Dover with 3-5 inches by mid-afternoon Monday. The Ohio Department of Transportation said crews have been prepping roadways and loading up trucks ahead of this weekend's snow.“Stay home if you can. If you must travel, allow extra time and know that during the snow event roads will likely be snow-covered,” ODOT said.
