Temperatures will stay below freezing for most of the week, forecasters said.

Jenna Wise | jwise@pennlive.comThe National Weather Service is calling for a sunny Tuesday, but highs are expected to peak in the low 30s and could feel colder because of a chance of nearly 30 mph winds.Rain and snow showers could start overnight Wednesday into Thursday, forecasters said. Less than an inch of snow could accumulate Wednesday night, as well as Thursday.

Forecasters said the snow will wrap up around 10 a.m. Thursday. Although the rest of the day will be dry, forecasters said 20 mph winds will move into the area and temperatures will stay below freezing.Forecasters said Friday will be a sunny with highs in the low 20s.Mostly cloudy, with a high near 41.High near 31.
