By Kerry Barger Oct. 30, 2020 10:45 am ET For a designer who’s developing office space around the world, Thomas Heatherwick doesn’t seem too fazed by how the pandemic might affect the future of the workplace.
“The digital revolution was pushing us forward in certain ways, anyway, so I don’t see this as the Covid crisis creating a new situation,” Mr. Heatherwick told Mansion reporter Katherine Clarke. “It just has been an acceleration that we have to get our head around.” “Once team members aren’t stuck together five days a week, they’re a bit more objective,” Mr. Heatherwick said. “If somebody is coming five days a week, you can have crappy days. If someone’s only coming in for two or three days, the quality of that time must be exceptional.”

My team and I work from Panera. We grab a $8.99 monthly coffee subscription and work out butts off!
How can I get my head around?
