Migration to the US from S of the Mexican border will not slow down anytime soon if the current conditions (violence, climate change, political corruption, etc) persist. Most ppl don’t want to leave their native land. So it’s incumbent upon us to reinvigorate ec & pol dev there.

I can fix this. INCREASE legal immigration by a factor of 10, and concentrate your efforts on stopping criminals and drug trafficking.

Import illegal aliens from Mexico, get the Mexican crime rate here, including the high murder rate.

Never going to happen. It will grow and grow. Let’s embrace people fleeing oppression, and live up to the ideals of America.

Treat immigrants like human beings rather than call them 'illegal aliens.' You can start with that to manage the 'migration crisis.'
