Because it wasn’t designed to be.

The Justice system is so unfair coz many people don’t ever think their faiths are tested🤔we should always treat others as we would want to be treated, seems it’s not happening, not 2 mention many think they R privileged characters N they don’t know that we are all immigrants! 😏

Reparations 👑

What's unfair is the lack of attention as to why African Americans are involved in more crimes involving the legal system. To solve a problem you have to look at cause. But until they stop blaming everyone else for their problems and take some responsibility it won't stop.

Maybe the Police should pull out their phones and just film these criminals, then return to the station and post it on Facebook. They go home safe and everyone is happy except the victims. Being it’s 95% black on black crimes no harm will come to them except from their own.

Money. Privately owned prisons. Lobbyists. Power. Greed. Stupidity.

It’s not silly.

Don’t blame the justice system, but the people behind the system.

Explain to them this bar. It's called the justice system.

Uhh... Systemic Racism?.. Final Answer. Now ask me same question about Public School System, Economic Equality, College Admissions, Housing, Health Care, Environment, QB's selected in NFL draft, The color of the FN sky etc... THAT TRAIN AIN'T NEVER LATE. Especially in 2021.

It was only ever designed for the wealthy. The jails are are full of petty thieves, while the grand thieves are running the country. America is learning fast, and just in the nick of time!

MSNBC you are part of the system, you are one of the branches of white supremacy, let’s not kid ourselves.

It was set up that way from the very beginning of this country, THE WHITE BOYS love to have their way ALL THE TIME !!, the next problem is old time RELIGION, the next one is WICKEDNESS, the next one is, I'M WHITE AND I SAY SO !!, the next one, people are AFRAID to speak up !!

It's not. Compared to what country with a better system?

You have To go back to Joe Biden’s 84’ crime bill, it was the beginning of systemic and institutional racism. What we are experiencing today is the result of generations incarcerated by the tough laws on blacks and the high concentration of police in black communities!

It is designed to protect white supremacy.
