The National Weather Service has issued winter weather advisories for seven New Jersey counties with up to 4 inches of snow and a dangerous coating of ice in the forecast for Sunday.

The areas north and west of I-95 are expected to see the most snow with 1 to 4 inches expected. In addition, a shift to freezing rain could leave a dangerous coating of up to .1 inches of ice. Parts of Sussex County could see up to .25 inches of ice.

The National Weather Service has issued winter weather advisories for seven counties expected to get the most snow and ice:New Jersey's latest forecast calls for a wintry mix of snow, ice, freezing rain, gusty winds up to 50 mph and the potential for coastal flooding starting Sunday evening and into Monday. Multiple advisories have been issued by the National Weather Service.
