I heard that alcohol can damage your heart along with smoking and being obese. I don't smoke or drink excessively but I am slightly obese and there is a family history of high blood pressure in my family. So I have changed my lifestyle and decided to make healthy choices.
High Blood pressure is real for one reason, they eat 🍖 BEEF if you don't consume animal fat and cholesterol then it's pretty much impossible to have any symptoms like this. Cirrhosis of the liver is really also caused by eating animal fats and cholesterol. surgeongeneral

I completely quit drinking any alcohol during the pandemic. I wanted to be more alert if my family needed me & not to depend on a drink to relieve stress. I have an occasional drink once in a while now, but it’s rare.
