TOKYO - The organisers of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the first in history to be postponed, said on Friday they were not aware of detailed spending allocations for $800 million committed to next year’s rescheduled Games by the International Olympic Committee .

“As to the breakdown...I also understand that the IOC has stated it is too soon and too early to tell.” Changes to the original plan could be expected so as to save costs and make the Games safe for athletes, Muto said, without providing details.

Da'Fuq does a group that oversees kids throwing stuff and running or swimming have $800,000,000 laying around? Cities go in to debt to host these Johny Football jerk-fests. Maybe it's time to let the last vestige of ancient Greek civilization die.

Spend it on vaccines, detecting doping abuse or give itaway to the poor and needy. ICO - Stop bickering, this is the wrong time

Covid cure?

Aren’t the Olympics based on out wit out play, out last (side bar: Go Tony NYPD) by all nations? Maybe the $800M should be held aside. The Olympics in an odd year would be apropos.

If they aren’t going to use it next year donate it to countries in need of help.

That should not be a problem or a question i suppose😂😂😂😂.

They should give it to me so I could spend the money on whores and cocain My stomach sti

Spend it to Covid causes like vaccines.

Maybe to COVID19 worldwide relief? iocmedia

Lolz.

i'll take some

Send it to all the essential workers as soon as possible.

Don't donate to Africa. Leader will keep it 4 themselves

Give it BilldeBlasio 's wife. She knows how to make it disappear.

Spend that money to help the people who are out of job. Nothing will happen if we won’t play games for one more year.

I have a few ideas.

Forget the games and give it to the people

Go on a plane and pour down the money. My opinion

Two words: the 'poor'
