I'm pretty excited for this! Unlike a lot of people, I actually prefer the newer movie than the old one. I like how it's slightly eerie and strange and a lot more accurate to the book. I wonder how it will be!

they could make it more of a origin story true we saw flashbacks in charlie and the chocolate factory but we never got to see wonka's birth and what got him into liking chocolate it does skip ahead in charlie and the chocolate factory to halloween

No thanks warnerbros terrible idea... The remake touched on some elements of Wonka's past. Lets have some fresh new idea's for movie's, rather than focusing on the past of franchises.

The 'Willy Wonka' prequel is literally the flashback scenes in Charlie and the chocolate factory we don't need a whole film to go thru that again
