An African-American man is demanding a white Texas constable deputy be fired after he says he endured a terrifying encounter in which he was racially profiled and mistaken for a fugitive wanted in Louisiana.
The Harris County Constable for Precinct 4, where the deputy works, stood behind the deputy's actions on Thursday and blamed Evans for escalating the situation by not complying with a request to hand over his identification. "He grabbed me and told me, 'No, I already know your name ... and you've got a warrant out of Louisiana," Evans said.
Mark Herman, the Harris County Constable for Precinct 4, released a statement saying Evans did not cooperate with the deputy and made matters worse by not handing over his identification when asked. Herman did not identify the deputy. Evans' lawyer, U.A. Lewis of Houston, said she and Evans are deciding what to do next now that Herman has apparently decided not to discipline the deputy.
Was the 'perp' carrying his wallet on his person when the officer tried to arrest him? Not everyone carries one when they'r outside playing with their children.

That why citizens didnt have this problem when police traveled in pairs. Reason and logic work well together. The warrant thing sounds like unicorn story.

What if the officer had been black? Only then would the suspect cooperate? Rule number one, when dealing with the police, cooperate.
On other news, the name of the officer was published. Also, it said the officer had resigned.
This is why the racist hate is so great, the media has to twist the facts. Law enforcement doing their jobs, but media turns into racism everytime. If was a mistake, not surprising, how many mistakes are made by not arresting guilty Ones? Wheres media about that? Think about it.

Proof ABC news is a Goebbels style propaganda outlet. The thousands of arrests that happen daily ABC parades this crap. Meanwhile everyday Americans of all races interact together in an awesome prosperous society. A one party rule requires division. That's ABC's goal.

I’ve never been through this but I would recommend letting officers arrest me no matter the situation and let the law set me free if I’m innocent what say y’all?
