The action unfolded Saturday at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport as passengers boarded Flight 2823 to Miami, which was running four hours late due to maintenance issue, traveler Chris Freeman told NBC News on Thursday.
"They were boarding us and the lady got to the front of the line and the gate agent said, 'That mask isn’t gonna work,' and she said, 'Why not?' and the agent said, 'It has holes in it. It’s just cloth and that isn’t gonna work,'"said Freeman, a 39-year-old Dallas resident. The agent told the woman that she was spotted taking off the paper mask handed to her and putting on the bedazzled covering that the airline had ruled out minutes earlier. NBC News does not know what actually happened on the plane.
Good. No mask no fly. Kick them all off if they refuse to wear a mask
I thought this was the story about the passenger who screamed for 10 minutes after being led away. My mistake; apparently there's only hundreds of stories like this taking place, often perpetrated by GOP voters demonstrating their respect for law and order.
Going to Florida... rebellious... Definitely a Republican.
She pretty much looks like this guy except with longer hair.
The booted passenger likely a Trumplican!
Good!!!! Ban her from future AA flights! She lashed out at the person who does not make the flight rules.
As a Dallas resident, I commend American Airlines and that manager.
I love how once they realized they won't be able to fly they go all weepy.
'I know people in TSA,' she said, according to Freeman.” Hahahahaha
Good! Go a step further and ban her from flying with that, or any other airline!
So, does SpiritAirlines not enforce the federal mask mandate?
Nut jobs like this needs to be banned from all airlines. If airlines don’t start doing stricter punishment these crazies will continue to misbehave.
Maybe she was vaccinated
American Airlines airplanes, American Airlines Rules. Back in the day when I climbed onto a US Navy bird, I couldn't wear flip flops. US Naval Aviation Airplanes, ....rules... Just deal with it, cupcake.
I love how airlines have such a no bullshit policy. If only retail employees were similarly protected.
Play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. Kudos to this agent for handling an awful passenger with aplomb and protecting the employees.
Was is the plane in the air? Now that would’ve been something.
‘I suggest Spirit.” Hahahahahahahahahahah That was a good dig.
