A US judge has rejected a lawsuit filed by Chinese tech company Huawei challenging the constitutionality of a law that banned federal agencies from buying its products.

Hong Kong

US District Judge Amos Mazzant ruled in favor of the United States on Tuesday, concluding that Congress had the power to restrict federal agencies from doing business with Huawei and ZTE, another Chinese tech company targeted by the US law.

Trump and his administration are so friendly with the Chinese government...Amazing. They don't look at the international trends.

I'm amazed how the American govt gave grief to Boris Johnson over the Brits using Huawei for their 5G while the President had meetings with Russians with no one to witness what was discussed and he is known to have given them classified information.

Must have been ready to file and when they saw him handing out pardons they thought now's the best chance. Trump would have stomped his feet like a child if it was entertained, not that i disagree with the stance on this one they lock out systems on a lot of domestic products.
