Harry Fath graduated from Notre Dame in 1963. After serving in the U.S. Army, he returned to his hometown and earned a law degree from the University of Cincinnati.
After practicing law for a few years, he began investing in real estate, and eventually founded Fath Properties, a Cincinnati-based company that specializes in owning, rehabilitating and managing apartment communities. Its current portfolio consists of over 8,300 apartment homes located throughout Ohio, northern Kentucky, Indiana, and Dallas, Texas.
Fath has a long history of service to Notre Dame, including serving as a member of the Notre Dame Law School Advisory Council since 2000. Linda Fath has been involved with the Taft Museum of Art, Cincinnati Art Museum, Greater Cincinnati Foundation and several other civic and social activities., including the Cincinnati zoo, the international Christian ministry Mercy Ships, and the Lindner Center, an Ohio mental health treatment program.
