All Zelensky has to do is get to the Table with Putin. Period. The infrastructure equipment the military uses to deploy large numbers of troops in the field - that's what needs to be sent to Ukraine, in large quantities. There should be a field camp in every town where people can go to to have their needs met. This could go on for years.
