He is not being released. The title is misleading. Supreme Court was looking at a challenge from Malvo on the life w/o parole sentence and SC just dismissed the case bc of a new VA law. He's still jail for life bc of other VA and MD laws, as he should be.

I was 15 when a lot of this happened and am just learning more about it at 33. The Podcast Monster just did an awesome season about this. Sad that this young man was groomed at such a young age to take part in these murders. His autobiography is wild.
Is there any research that shows that teens who commit such atrocities can change as adults? I know the brain isn’t fully developed until age 25. I remember this clearly as I grew up in Maryland when this happened.
