U.S. forces set to withdraw from northern Syria amid alleged Turkish atrocities

Defense Secretary Mark Esper announced that the U.S. is preparing to evacuate and withdraw from northern Syria. The conflict between Turkish forces and Kurdish fighters became "untenable" for the U.S. military.
