U.S. forces have returned to Saudi Arabia to deter attacks by Iran, despite extremism that flared last time the kingdom hosted American troops

PRINCE SULTAN AIR BASE, Saudi Arabia—Nearly 17 years after U.S. troops largely pulled up stakes from the kingdom, the U.S. is now back in force.

Here in a base of tents in the desert about 60 miles southeast of Riyadh, some 2,500 U.S. military personnel are launching F-15 fighter jets in soaring arcs overhead and manning Patriot missile...

Saudi Arabia and the United States has an old and strong relationship over the years, and this strategic cooperation will counter Iranian regime malign behavior and malicious policies in the region

Great efforts by the Saudi-American cooperation.👍 “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of today is very different than it was 20 years ago,” said Gen. Walker. “The policies and the society have changed for the better.”

The Saudi and American goal is the same in order to maintain the global economy and security. The presence of the American military sector in Saudi Arabia between us indicates the brotherhood between us.

As General Walker mentioned, Saudi Arabia changed not as it was 20 years ago. Saudi policies towards a better future. This American return proves the strength of the relationship between Saudi Arabia and America.

The Saudi government is doing everything in hand to fight terrorism and the Iranian policies are the most dangerous that must be deterred immediately.

What Iran is doing threatens both stability and the international economy and is considered a violation of international laws. The strategic plans, by Saudi-US cooperation, put an end to this madness being carried out by Iran.

Saudi Arabia and U.S have the same goal which is to keep the local and universal peace and they must deter the Iranian's regime in order to achieve that goal.

Can’t trust either country. Get our troops out of there!

maybe the crown has mustered up enough political sway to wipe out al qaeda. But... if that were the case, a bunch of princes would have... uh... disappeared... first.

Meanwhile coronavirus in Iran

Hi CENTCOM let's play a game, whoever wants to talk any shit from now on can do so at their own risk knowing that all their accounts and money and cell is all accessible and can be changed by you. So if they want to be brave, show em what it's worth. TY. I would like to enjoy.

No need to. Coronavirus looks like significantly damaging Iran , not much need for Saudi, or U.S troops required anymore

Marvelous. This has Jared's greasy little grifting fingerprints all over this. How many US lives are being placed at risk her for the murderous MBS regime?

Shutting down Oil and Gas industry! Is the Iranians objective post ISL (religious oriented mass delivery of babies) Iran have the same population (Another sons of religious figures) who are angry about human (their human family) not following drafted religious laws (unscientific)

How about Saudi defending Saudi instead of calling in the brute squad to do its bidding

Am i bothering you a little bit or a lot? Do you know who the hell i am? CENTCOM knows. He didn't even call me by name. He knows my struggles and my pain. Does he know that about you? Does he care about you? So, can we conclude that he cares about me and does his best?

How does defending the nation that attacked us on 11 Sep 2001 'make America great again'? How many illegal immigrants could those 2500 personnel keep out of the US? fakenationalemergency

lol 'despite.' always a 'but' when it comes to realDonaldTrump... Trump2020 USA

DrStephenT Yes, extremism. Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden and a network of jihadist preaching across the world. Strange how this has come to pass with so little comment.
