U.S. Covid-19 Deaths in 2021 Surpass 2020’s

The 2021 U.S. death toll caught some doctors by surprise. They had expected vaccinations and precautionary measures like social distancing and scaled-down public events to curb the spread of infections and minimize severe cases. But lower-than-expected immunization rates as well as fatigue with precautionary measures like masks allowed the highly contagious Delta variant to spread, largely among the unvaccinated, epidemiologists say.

This shows how lockdowns (though unsustainable), distancing and masking worked. Now even though we have vaccinations, we no longer have lockdowns. The unvaccinated are no longer (forced) to distance, mask, test or isolate. They are driving the increased death rate.

WSJ Times of widespread health suggest traditional antiviral actions exist (COVID is a virus). We used to do more of them, including by accident. Who profits from sharing them nowadays? Who knows them? Ask your doctor? Or advertiser? Or wait and learn?
