U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson Leaves Intensive Care

U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has left intensive care following an improvement in his condition from the coronavirus, his office said Thursday.

Mr. Johnson, who was admitted to intensive care at a London hospital Monday after experiencing breathing difficulties as a result of contraction of Covid-19, the disease associated with the new coronavirus, remains in the hospital for close monitoring, Downing Street said in a statement.
