Turning to Weightlifting to Battle Against ‘Skinny Fat’

Gray Malin thought he was doing everything right. He dieted and worked out at least five days a week. But he still wasn’t seeing results. “I was skinny fat. I had no tone,” says the 33-year-old Los Angeles-based fine art photographer.
