ANKARA - Turkey’s parliament passed a law on Saturday on changing the structure of bar associations, a move that lawyers argue will further undermine judicial independence in a country where they say the judiciary is already in disarray.
The legislation allows multiple bar associations to be formed in each province, in place of the current system where each province has a single association, diluting the institutions’ power. These associations say the judicial system has descended into chaos in recent years with lawyers jailed, defences muzzled and confidence in judges and prosecutors destroyed.
First they turn a beacon of Eastern Orthodoxy into a gd mosque, now this. Quite a week for the Islamofascists of Turkey.. their mullah’s stranglehold on Turkey deepens while the civilized world watches. Seen this movie before. 🤦♂️
Eventually the bar will be raised too high🤔

Ataturk and Erdogan, soot the difference
Countries like North Korea and Iran with help of countries like Russia and China have given given a good example to countries like Turkey, to do what ever they want and the world community will behave just like a clown.
Erdogan slowly shifts Turkey into a theocratic state. Good luck to those opposing to his plans!

not say parliament, say government
Big deal, where’s the real story?
This thing is actually not important. Hagia Sophia is just a big historical religious building. It's not important holy place for both Catholic people and Muslim. Museum, Mosque, or Cathedral doesn't change much thing to both religion though.
This is real news. Thx Reuters
