61% of Americans would not pay a cent to buy Greenland and only 29% of people would pay more than the average cost of a used car.

President Donald Trump has repeatedly floated the idea of buying Greenland, an autonomous territory of the Kingdom of Denmark. While officials from Greenland and Denmark have publicly lambasted the idea, the American public isn't a fan of the idea either. According to a new INSIDER poll, 61% of respondents say they would not pay anything to acquire Denmark and just one-third of respondents said they would pay more than $12.
