with the judge overseeing the special grand jury seeking to compel testimony from seven Trump associates and advisers, including Ellis, U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and former New York mayor and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani. Because they don’t live in Georgia, she

In the petition seeking Ellis’s testimony, Willis identified her as “an attorney for the Trump Campaign’s legal efforts seeking to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere.” Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who’s overseeing the special grand jury, signed off on Willis’s petitions to order Ellis and other Trump associates to testify. He issued so-called certificates of material witness stating that they are “necessary and material” witnesses for the special grand jury investigation.

Surely a leading member of the party which touts 'law & order' will happily comply. Oh no ! The poor thing. I hope Lady Lindsey doesn't get the vapors.

Cheney braces for loss as Trump tested in Wyoming and AlaskaWyoming Rep. Liz Cheney, a leader in the Republican resistance to former President Donald Trump, is fighting to save her seat in the U.S. House on Tuesday as voters weigh in on the direction of the GOP. She should brace for a loss on the whole J6 Committee failure as well. She could get even with Republicans who trashed her by running in 2024 as an independent presidential candidate. Like Stein pulled more votes from Hillary than from Trump, she would pull more votes from the Repub candidate than from the Democrat candidate. EC elects the Democrat Go Liz! Go. Just go! Go away.

Judge: Sen. Graham must testify in Georgia election probeA federal judge on Monday said U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham must testify before a special grand jury in Atlanta that is investigating whether former President Donald Trump and his allies broke any laws while trying to overturn his narrow 2020 general election loss in the state. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis opened the investigation last year, and a special grand jury with subpoena power was seated in May at her request. The judge also rejected Graham’s argument that the principle of “sovereign immunity” protects a senator from being summoned by a state prosecutor. Who is going to compel him? Republicans seem to think they're above the law. Will Graham show up and pull a Trump? (Stay tuned)..... Or what? Can we please hold this man accountable for his behavior? If he does not comply, he must be punished.

But I do believe that the D.O.J. and the F.B You were not worried about about threats to law enforcement in the years following G. Floyd. Or the dramatic increase in homicides against citizens and police. But say the FBI is a disgrace and suddenly the sky is falling.
