WATCH: A ballot initiative seeking official recognition by the state of the more than 200 federally recognized tribes in Alaska is moving forward after organizers submitted more than 55,000 signatures to the Alaska Division of Elections on Wednesday.

A vast ice maze that seeks to break records is finally opening to the public at the Alaska State Fairgrounds in Palmer after a few setbacks.
