Puerto Rican police announced on Tuesday that they had received tips that suggest four teenagers were involved in the crime,Pedro Julio Serrano, a San Juan-based LGBTQ activist, demanded that authorities investigate the slaying as a hate crime. In a statement , Serrano said Alexa was “stalked and hunted” prior to her killing and that a video posted shows that the crime was “a hate crime motivated by intolerance.”that correspond to their gender identity. The murderers responsible shld be convicted and jailed. What piece of evidence reflects that 'bathrooms' were a motivation for this crime? Trying to connect women's *sex-based rights* to this is ridiculous, but wld not change the fact no male shld be in the women's room.

Puerto Rico? Yeah... and during my days of being a pre-op, I used to have to do this to avoid getting beaten up in the men's room too... so I'd use the ladies room and hope to get out w/o someone starting a conversation. (tip: put on headphones!) People just don't get it.
