Maybe living in congested cities while the earth is going ape shit just isn't what people want anymore. I moved from L.A. to the rural area before all of this because I was tired of 2-hour drives for 11 miles. Remote work is the new life meta.
Residents don’t want to quarantine in 300 sq ft. Shoeboxes so there all out here in the Hamptons or at relatives homes in the burbs. People are still out and about in NYC, but many tourists don’t want to quarantine when they arrive. Hopefully this makes housing more affordable.
