A causal loop is a classic time travel conundrum. If you send information to the past – say, you give Albert Einstein the formula E=mc ² before he theorises it himself, then he publishes it and you go on to find it in a textbook – you would create a situation in which the information has no true origin.
A new analysis shows that this type of causal loop is possible in more theoretical universes than had previously been expected.
new variant = more vax = new variant = more vax... checks out
Our universe is but one amongst many. Time in other universes does not always exist. 3D + T is 𝕟𝕠𝕥 𝕒 𝕘𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕟 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕖 ℂ𝕖𝕝𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕒𝕝 𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕖𝕣. - 𝕞𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕒𝕘𝕖
What is the purpose of dreaming about the multiverse? I am not educated or cerebrally capable of understanding our one universe, not even 0.01%!
But why we are forbidden to read the full article?
The laws of physics and philosophy are looking for an answer: who or what has the ability to travel through time? Possible only for the electronically realized part of human consciousness (less than 1%) or information (more than 50% possible)!?
Not everyone agrees with this quantum entanglement.
Wow, this is enlightening. This has helped me realize that ZachWilson has to be a time traveler. First, he had his girlfriend that he was sleeping with, then he traveled forward to sleep with his mom's best friend. Then paradoxically he became a living legend off the field
I think time travel is bullcrap. Time is just an idea, a measurement unit, a sequence of existing events. We can't unexist things by traveling back through a fixed sequence. We don't own that kind of power. And, duration is just a mind perception tool to walk along this reality.
Told you.
Any cycle and it's overlaps (spirit?)
Duh
The key terms here’re “may”, & “theoretical”. It’s like speculating about UFOs: just because life is likely to have evolved elsewhere in the universe, & just because some of it may be technologically advanced, & might have developed spaceships, doesn’t mean they’re visiting us
Sounds... cool? Wouldn't know. Pay wall. 🙄
If there is an infinite number of parallel universes, there should be one where a new timeline is created when you go back and kill your own grandfather...
The paradoxical nature of quanta is solved by a virtual context, there are no spacial properties in a virtual context One cannot go back or forwards, it will always be the Now, you can be in another rate of time Time is relative its dilation is denoted by spacial complexities
Möbius in Mobili
?
Green, yellow, red, green yellow, red, green yellow red.
Quantum uncertainty could solve the Grandfather Paradox. What if a recurring loop DIDN’T play out the same way each time? What if there were subtle differences? Eventually you’d get an iteration where the paradox didn’t happen. Eg you’re hit by a bus on the way to your gandfather
That explains a lot.
Please NO time loops. At least not the recent time line...
How many times are you going to post this?
Get rid of your paywall.
The New Scientist can't even comprehend that time is an illusion. we measure time by the Earth's rotation around the Sun so it does not govern the whole universe.
Time loop this . When yesterday is 40 or 60 years ago and humans arrived the day before yesterday as time is a manmade instrument to regulate the masses you have run out of time when you realize time.
Of course not, we're all in one
I knew it!
Maybe they happen all the time. Would we even be aware of them.
