There’s also the obligatory transformation “from dad bod to God bod” as Thor gets back into action after his pizza and beer phase.
Mixing mythologies, the new footage includes a trek to Olympus where we see Zeus addressing an adoring crowd, thunderbolt in hand, Tessa Thompson’s King Valkyrie fighting Gorr with a thunderbolt in her hand, a bound Thor being stripped — a little too thoroughly — of his cloak by Zeus and finally the Odin’s son wilding Stormbreaker, the mighty axe with a handle made from Groot’s arm.opens in U.S. theaters on July 8.
Horrible, he looks like a vampire instead of a distraught alien who curses the Gods, hence his name.
