I think it's in San Diego in California they pay for college for free as well I don't know the program's name but you have to be there for about I think a year and then they pay for college. You just got to know where to go and how to maneuver the system to get college free.
If you move to Georgia or New York or California you can go to school absolutely free. Georgia has a program called the whole program and they pay for 4 year college degree. New York if you go to a medical school I forgot if it's the University of New York they pay for college
