And the population of georgia has increase how much in the last 20 years and the amount of land under farming has decreased how much in GA....

They should just grow weed in there, river beds are full of nice nutes and it would make them more chill.

You know where there’s NOT gonna be any fighting over water? Here in Rochester, where we have Lake Ontario to the north, multiple huge finger lakes to the south, the Genesee river hell even a waterfall downtown. Moral being: don’t build cities places where there’s no water
