Wow this is delicious! It's bright and vibrant and utterly addicting. I haven't even poured it over anything and I'm already sneaking spoonfuls.
How long would this sauce last stored in the fridge? I would love to have on hand for the week, but don't want it to go bad! :)It will probably start to lose its brightness after a few days, but I've never tasted it past day 3 because we always eat it so quickly!try freezing it in an ice cube tray and then storing in a plastic bag once it hardens.
I still cook out of the SP cookbooks, mostly old favorites. On a side note, the book What to Expect When You Are Expecting has to be from the same book designers as it is exactly like the SP cookbooks
