Mindfulness can be a valuable healing tool, but it can also have unintended effects. Here's what everyone needs to know.

This is a trend that has been bothering me for awhile now. Every book you pick up regarding mental health struggles, recovery, healing from trauma.. the very first thing in there is MINDFULNESS. It should not be pushed as the cure to everything.

Here in mandated education States Health Care should be Incorporated during all levels of education

I have found that it is not for everyone.. 🤔

I love mindfulness, it has helped me heal so much. But I also found that I can misuse it and ignore facing my problems.

The question here is to know what is the subject of my mindfulness? For people suffering from depression for example, it is advised to practice positive meditation, to let go of the negative emotions. Tools for that should be provided to the patient.
