Planes will no longer be 'Noah’s Ark in the air.' Is that fair?

Passengers who bring rabbits, turtles and birds on planes as emotional-support animals could be out of luck soon.

“This is a wonderful step in the right direction for people like myself who are dependent on and reliant on legitimate service animals that perform a task to mitigate our disability,” said Albert Rizzi, founder of My Blind Spot, which advocates for accessibility for people of different ability levels.

Flight attendants had pushed to rein in support animals, too, and were pleased with Wednesday’s proposed changes. “It’s just interesting how people want to have the benefits of having a disability without actually losing the use of their limbs or senses just so they can take their pet with them,” Rizzi said.

The public will have 60 days to comment on the proposed changes, and they could take effect any time after that. The proposal would prohibit airlines from banning particular types of dog breeds — Delta Air Lines bans pit bulls, for example – but airline employees could refuse to board any animal that they consider a threat to other people.

1000% fair pet-traveler-fuckers!

It is true that Noah’s ark existed. But so many disrespect the Holy Bible... W/c is Genesis to Revelation. We are on the prophetic days of the book of revelation ...

Certainly not to my comfort skunk.

The US wants to crack down on untrained support animals on flights - Business InsiderThe Department of Transportation on Wednesday proposed rules Wednesday to limit emotional support pets' classification as trained service animals. Now do support assault weapons/guns. Wasn’t there a song about spiders and snakes? Jim Stanford. Most peoples would not appreciate a gift of a spider or a snake. Or one caged or uncaged on a plane. Best news ever...farken snowflakes...tsk.

Federal proposal would allow airlines to block emotional support animals from flyingIt's a crackdown the industry has sought amid concerns some passengers are bringing their untrained pets aboard by fraudulently passing them as emotional support animals. Any animal on a flight needs to be contained in a container that prevents physical interaction with other people. Also a separate seating section should be used so people with animal allergies can be seated away from the animals. I wouldn't board a plane with a snake or a tarantula or peacock or rodent. Why should 99.83% of us give up OUR rights to appease the feelings of .17% of the population? We just need better certifications for support animals that every owner should have to provide.
