Your body digests these processed carbs into glucose so quickly that the effect is virtually the same as eating sugar from a spoon.

Sound great, but I struggle with cooking *anything*. The more complicated/time consuming it is, the more it will not get done. It's like working out - yes, I should do it for a myriad of reasons (gen health, depression, ADHD), BUT I CAN'T make it happen. Bc depression and ADHD.😭
