Teen who wore Mexican flag at graduation gets the diploma he was denied at the ceremony

But the Asheboro High School student, who had the Mexican flag draped over his shoulders as he walked the stage, says he was denied his diploma on graduation day for wearing the flag.López's cousin, Adolfo Hurtado, captured moments of the ceremony on June 3 when López's name was called. In the video, López is seen waiting in line with his classmates to cross the stage and is stopped by the principal when he receives his diploma holder.

"It means the world to me, because [my parents are] the ones that really wanted it for me. Like I said, I did it for them and I feel real grateful now that I have it because I fought for it [and] they fought for it real hard.

A great time to learn to follow the rules (if you haven’t already), is when you are headed into the world of “adulting”.

He is right. Americans are stupid and in a deep identity crisis. If he loves Mexico, why he does not go there and get graduation from there. Why in the USA? He clearly said, 'don't do it again' watch up.

HE didn’t want an apology!! Seriously?! WTF is wrong with people, he should be denied a diploma until apologizes for his disrespect to the school.

Why don’t you defend the girl who’s speech was about religion CNN? Oh ya cause it doesn’t fit the race narrative or the democrat narrative.
