Team Russia was banned from the Games. Why are Russians still winning?

And the flag they’ve waved is not the Russian flag, but it has an Olympic flame in Russia’s white, blue and red colors, with the Olympic rings beneath them.

But the circumstances under which the ROC athletes are competing has raised suspicions among some competitors.

ROC is a nonsense in the Olympics. Makes a mockery of the entire competition.

Technically, the IOC is tough on corruption and drug cheats - “technically”.
