Taliban spokesman says that China will maintain Afghan embassy and 'beef up' relationship

He added:"China will also continue and increase its humanitarian assistance especially for treatment of COVID-19." "China is our most important partner and represents a fundamental and extraordinary opportunity for us, because it is ready to invest [in] and rebuild our country," according to the How Americans who helped prosecute the Taliban are going down a 'black hole' to help their Afghan interpreters

China last month criticized the"hurried withdrawal" of the US from Afghanistan but said that the country would be open to communicating with the leaders in Washington to help fend off a humanitarian crisis.
