Almost 4 million people quit their jobs in April, the government said Tuesday. That’s nearly double the number of people who quit one year earlier.
A recent study by Bank of America, for example, found that job switchers earned an extra 13% in wages from their new positions. That’s a big chunk of money. What’s given workers more leeway is the reopening of businesses as the economy recovers, along with generous jobless benefits. Other analysts argue that government benefits have allowed some people to stay out of the workforce or even quit.
The pandemic gave people a chance to think, some realized they were not happy. My opinion.
No body want to work for shitty ass companies that don't put there supervisors nor managers in check. Companies not helping the people the people helping the companies. This world will still keep moving no matter what.
It’s called doge and meme stocks lol
