Taiwan defends proposal to purchase $2.2B in arms from the US, following a Chinese announcement that it would sanction any American companies involved in the deal.

TAIPEI, Taiwan — Taiwan on Saturday defended a proposal to purchase $2.2 billion in arms from the U.S., following a Chinese announcement that it would sanction any American companies involved in the deal.

China announced late Friday that it would impose sanctions on any U.S. enterprises involved in the deal, saying it"undermines China's sovereignty and national security." The Trump administration announced the proposed $2.2 billion sale, which would include 108 Abrams tanks and 250 Stinger surface-to-air missiles, earlier in the week.

The Chinese dragon is upset. Too bad. KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF Taiwan China CHINA!!!....

Do you know why China has trillions of dollars to build its new infrastructure and to invest heavily all around the world? It is because they do not spend trillions of dollars fighting never-ending wars.

The Taiwanese should bomb Peking now. Hit China while they are weak. Don’t make the same mistake Truman did in not listening to MacArthur.
