as they roll out their own campaigns. The vaccinated group was also 92% less likely to develop severe illness from the disease, according to a study by Clalit, Israel’s largest healthcare provider. Clalit compared 600,000 people who got the shots with a group of the same size who didn’t in what was Israel’s largest vaccine study to date.

Clalit said the study, which was carried out with a team from Harvard University, included 430,000 people who were between 16 and 59 years of age, and 170,000 who were 60 or older. It was the first of its kind to show such a high level of efficacy for Pfizer’s vaccine for those aged 70 and over, due to the limited scope of the earlier clinical trials, according to the healthcare provider. headtopics.com

The study was done so that each vaccinated individual was tested against an unvaccinated person who had a similar profile, including their risk level for infection, risk level of developing serious illness and overall health.“It is now unequivocal that Pfizer’s vaccine against the coronavirus is incredibly effective in real life one week after the second dose, just as was found in the clinical study,” said Ran Balicer, Clalit’s chief innovation officer and one of the study’s authors, in a Hebrew statement published Sunday with the study. The vaccine is even more effective two weeks after the second shot, he added.

The coronavirus pandemic has brought countries to a standstill. Meanwhile, vaccinations have already started in some countries as cases continue to rise. Follow here for the latest.

How many of the placebo developed like severe illness? Recently my friend's baby was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia & needs a stem cell transplant. Jason & his wife are first-time parents caring for a sick baby & could use some help. If you are in a place to donate or share, it would be appreciated.

When U.S. conservatives blamed China for the global COVID-19 pandemic, Beijing, Democratic Party, MSM went on the offensive, unleashing a massive disinformation campaign to shift blame to America & Trump, labeling anything not inline with CCP as conspiracy theory discrediting it. That's a tough study considering the vast majority of covid cases before the vaccine were asymptomatic/mild

Should we trust anything coming out of genocidal Israel? Great news. Still a lot of unfounded negativity about the vaccine on social media, sadly. And the apartheid state continues to make sure the Palestinians who's land they've continually stolen and murdered them for, has received no vaccines and are doing their best to prevent the Russian vaccines from arriving to help the Palestinians.T shirts sold in apartheid Israel.

I get my second pfizer dose in a couple of weeks. Cannot wait. Anyone not getting the vaccine yet wanting to 'live normal lives' is a moron. Because Israel got the heads up from trump BEFORE awe Americans did It is tragic that Israel is now the face of Fascism, Apartheid, and Totalitarianism. They hide behind the corrupt Netanyahu regime to commit the most barbaric evil in the history of the world. Zionists directly murder and sterilize non-Jews, and then call you antisemite.

So it works. Get the shot! Does 92% less likely mean 8%, or 1 in 12, were as likely or more likely? Sounds like that is a 0.5% improvement over a healthy immune system to take the risks of being injected with a secret concoction. And of those few who actually receive medical intervention & treatment for COVID, where is the forensics of their recovery?

How do they know the symptoms are less severe? Yeah but ain't everything getting 'em 94% drop, because, Israel population is handful compared to India and China. So it’s quite easy to monitor and tackle the disease 🦠. The HUB of disease originate from Asia, particularly India. so that means Pfizer gave false info about it's protection rate. Pfizer phase 3 data shows 100% protection to severe covid19 symptom.

Israel vaxed 8x Switzerland. Note mortality difference same period. Did I miss the results of the unvaccinated? What were those percentages. Obviously the vaccine does not prevent reinfection. Possibly suggest it's responsible for mutations? I thought it was 95% effective in getting the virus Notice 'Less likely to develop severe illness from Covid-19' and not 'prevented infection from Covid-19 (what vaccines are supposed to do)?
