The city & state need to come up with a plan for this like Massachusetts did. Overwhelming individual funeral homes isn’t going to work.
The concept of economy appears to be set in stone & as long as efforts being made does not recognise fall in fortunes the future will fail to manage a fair resource distribution to all stakeholders.
