This is misinformation. The decision said the EPA cannot regulate outside the bounds of what Congress has empowered it to regulate. Once again, we learn that a govt agency has given itself authority that was not theirs to give.

Congress needs to do their job and pass laws instead of allowing these unaccountable government agencies to dictate policy.
