Supreme Court says Trump administration can let religious employers deny birth control coverage

Jonathan Ernst | Reuters

The rules broadened a carve out to the contraceptive coverage mandate included in the Affordable Care Act, the health-care overhaul commonly known as Obamacare. Pennsylvania and New Jersey successfully halted implementation of the regulations in the lower courts. The states argued that the federal government failed to follow the legal protocol known as notice-and-comment in creating the rules.

A federal district court sided with the states and prevented the new rules from going into effect. That decision was affirmed by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, based in Philadelphia.

According to this verse, it seems like a lot of you on here would hang God for forceful abortion on pregnant women: • God will punish the Israelites by destroying their unborn children, who will die at birth, or perish in the womb, or never even be conceived (Hosea 9:10-16).

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

How can they be “religious objections” to abortion when It’s not even mentioned in the Bible ?🤔 before you all come at throat, think about it.

Religion and politics; what a bad combo!

If they pay taxes, I don’t care what they do. Freaking crooks. I’m so over religion

You can feel the SCOTUS Judges eye-roll on the matter.

If you don’t share the beliefs of the religion- don’t work there. Problem solved

Who voted no?

Religious institutions should pay TAXES!
