The Supreme Court on Monday will return and take up another of President Donald Trump's immigration-related policies as it considers the attempt to exclude undocumented immigrants from being counted in the Census totals when seats in Congress are divvied up between the states next year.
It's the second time in two terms that the justices will take on the 2020 Census, having previously blocked Trump's attempt to add a citizenship question. If Trump succeeds in the new case, it could mark the first time that the United States excludes undocumented immigrants when it counts individuals so that seats in the US House of Representatives can be apportioned and also will impact the distribution of federal funds.
Trump is the 2nd worst person in the world (Putin wins).
More important is to distribute the seats in an equitable geographic fashion. One look at Dan Crenshaw's district is enough to tell anyone that the current system is out of whack.

If the SCOTUS allows foreigners to be counted in the United States census, I urge red states to develop 'Census Tourism Programs' where they encourage people from across the globe to travel to those states & fill out the form in exchange for airfare, a hotel stay and free food
