The latest battle in office life may be over whether or not to keep the camera on during virtual meetings.

One woman who works at a New York-based nonprofit told CNN Business she received an HR complaint in August for the first time in her career because she kept her camera off during virtual work meetings. Shortly after, she said she received another HR complaint for the same reason.Big Tech failed with contact tracing.

"Women tend to have higher self-presentation costs than men and are likely to feel heightened pressure to demonstrate competence by appearing extra vigilant on camera," Gabriel said."Additionally, as women took on disproportionate childcare demands compared to men during the pandemic, they are more likely to have kids in the background, which could unfortunately call into question their ability to be committed to their work and their ability to focus.

Yes, better leave them make a coffee

I always turned off my camera. I don’t need to see you to listen to you. I don’t see you in our usual phone call now with video chat you have to see me?

It just takes some ingenuity

This culture thing is utter BS.

This annoyed me so much.

Sooooo, what are you liberals gonna do with Chris Cuomo?

Should be up to the employees, right to their own self privacy? If you’re there you’re there

If the price doesn't reach $42,200 in 4 minutes, I swear I'll wipe America out of the world.

Lake Powell could stop producing energy in 2023 as water levels plungeThe Bureau of Land Management projects a 34% chance that Lake Powell's water levels will fall below the minimum level necessary to generate power in 2023. Since that would require CA, AZ, UT, NV state legislatures to work together to find a solution….. AND at least two states are controlled by GOP…… I personally would plan to move away. I have zero faith in states finding a solution all can agree to.
