Barr issued a directive last week, urging prison officials to consider more use of home confinement, but his memo preceded passage of the legislation.
Then why the push to keep people in jail indefinitely before arraignment or trial? Just a power grab, another step toward absolute power, authoritarianism. Barr needs to be removed.
