The Seattle-based coffee giant said Monday it was acting in response to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which issued a vaccine-or-test requirement for companies with more than 100 employees in November.
Starbucks SBUX, -3.21% is requiring its 228,000 U.S. employees to disclose their vaccination status by Jan. 10. Starbucks said full vaccination means two shots of either the Pfizer PFE, +1.60% or Moderna MRNA, -1.02% vaccine or one shot of the Johnson & Johnson JNJ, +1.35% vaccine.

alot of starbucks in my area already have staff issues, wait until employees quit now. Starbucks will have major staffing issues. can’t wait for people not getting their coffee and how pissed they will be. this will be interesting.
