What can we do to solve this problem
Hospitals were at a fail rate many years ago, nobody wanted to admit it. An emergency room visit became a 5-8 hour wait, that is failure in itself, let alone preparation for a disaster.
Meanwhile, the U.S. government has refused to accept N95 masks made in China that meet Chinese standards for surgical masks. Ignorance and weakness are not obstacles to survival. Arrogance is.
