BREAKING : Pasadena police say they have arrested Shawn Smith , who was identified by the LAPD as the killer of Croft House employee Brianna Kupfer .

Did Shawn Smith have blood on his clothes? Was there a camera in the store? Was Shawn Smith walking by at the time in question? We don’t have all the facts but I wonder why his bail wasn’t revoked in South Carolina when he was charged in California. Committing a violent crime while on bail for a violent crime should be automatic back to jail until trial.
