Workers at a restaurant across the street from where Smith was arrested recognized him when he used the business’ bathroom.
Did Shawn Smith have blood on his clothes? Was there a camera in the store? Was Shawn Smith walking by at the time in question?
We don’t have all the facts but I wonder why his bail wasn’t revoked in South Carolina when he was charged in California. Committing a violent crime while on bail for a violent crime should be automatic back to jail until trial.
