Tough vote? Oh, so the GOP maxxed out the government's bank accounts (yet again) but the Dems get the pressure, got it. This is a CLEAR WIN for the Dems and a capitulation from McConnell. Of course no majors will write that though

By 'tough vote' you mean 'routine vote that's been taken by both parties every year or so since the 1920's' but yeah I guess you have to get the GOP talking point in there somehow...
